Frequently asked questions
How does the ALL-IN Golf Guard help me avoid leaving clubs behind?
The ALL-IN alerts you if you forget a club.
When you take your putter and at least one other club equipped with a transmitter out of your bag, the ALL-IN will activate its flashing red lights as soon as you move more than 5 feet (1.5 metres) away from your bag.
After your shot, if you forget to put one of your monitored clubs back in the bag, an audible alert will sound to notify you that a club is missing.
If you take out only one club with a transmitter, the red lights will flash until the club is returned, but no audible alert will be triggered.
On which golf clubs should I install the transmitters?
ALL-IN is most commonly used around the greens, where players typically take their putter along with one or two wedges.
How can I turn ON the ALL-IN Golf Guard?
To power on the ALL-IN, press the lower button on the receiver once. You’ll hear a beep, followed by alternating flashing red and green lights, which will end with a solid green light to confirm the unit is on.
How can I turn OFF the ALL-IN Golf Guard?
Press and hold the bottom button on the ALL-IN receiver for two (2) seconds. A beep sound, along with a flashing light sequence—red, orange, green, red, orange, red—ending in solid red lights, confirms that the unit is powered off.
How can I pair a transmitter?
To pair a transmitter, quickly press the bottom button on the receiver twice.
Wait for the green and red lights to flash.
Hold the transmitter close to the receiver until the lights turn green, confirming pairing.
Repeat the process for all transmitters.
How can I unpair a single transmitter?
Quickly press the bottom button on the ALL-IN receiver twice. The green and red lights will begin flashing alternately. Hold the transmitter close to the receiver until the LED lights flash red, confirming that the transmitter has been unpaired.
Repeat this process for each transmitter you wish to disconnect.
How can I unpair all transmitters at once?
Press the bottom button on the ALL-IN receiver five times quickly. The green, yellow, and red LED lights will flash at the same time to confirm that all transmitters have been unpaired.
How can I check if the ALL-IN is turned on?
Briefly press the bottom button. If the receiver is on, the green indicator lights will flash to confirm.
Why is a yellow light flashing on the ALL-IN?
A flashing yellow light means the receiver’s battery is low and needs to be recharged. For a full charge, plug it in for at least 8 hours using the USB cable provided or any standard USB cable.
While charging, the green lights will blink. When fully charged, the green lights will stop blinking and remain solid. A full charge typically lasts for three 18-hole rounds of golf.
Do I need to turn off my ALL-IN after my game?
You don’t need to. If the ALL-IN receiver is not used or does not detect any movement, it will automatically turn off after two (2) hours.
How do I know when to replace the transmitter batteries?
If the red LED lights flash simultaneously on the ALL-IN receiver, it means that one or more transmitter batteries are low and need to be replaced.
To identify which transmitter has a weak battery, first unpair all transmitters (see instructions above), then re-pair them one by one. The transmitter that fails to pair has a dead battery and needs to be replaced. Do not use any battery other than a CR2032 in the transmitters.
Using any other type of battery could damage the device or impair its operation.
